RMCARD205est un module complémentaire de gestion en option pour certaines séries d'onduleurs CyberPower. En insérant la carte dans l'emplacement réseau SNMP/HTTP de l'onduleur, les utilisateurs peuvent surveiller et contrôler à distance les équipements dans un environnement de back-office, de salle de serveurs ou de data centre via des navigateurs Web standard ou le système de gestion de réseau (NMS) sur leur réseau. Ils peuvent également exécuter des tâches de gestion telles que des arrêts, des démarrages et des redémarrages programmés.
En cas de problème d'alimentation, les administrateurs reçoivent une notification immédiate par e-mail, traps SNMP et SMS. En utilisant le logiciel d'arrêt automatique, les serveurs et stations de travail restent protégés contre les pertes de données en cas de panne de secteur La journalisation des événements suit l'historique opérationnel de l'onduleur. Grâce à sa capacité d'échange à chaud, le système peut rester en marche pour l'équipement connecté tandis que le personnel de maintenance procède à une installation ou un remplacement sur site. Son interface multilingue permet aux utilisateurs de choisir leur langue préférée, ce qui simplifie la gestion.
